Privacy policy

This page explains what Franklin Property Services does with your details when you contact us or use this website.

Who we are

Franklin Property Services is a plastering and bathroom installation business in County Armagh, Northern Ireland. You can reach us on 07561 293724 or at info@franklinpropertyservices.co.uk.

What we collect when you ask for a quote

  • Your name, phone number and, if you give it, your email address.
  • The town or postcode of the job, and what you tell us about it.
  • Any photos you add.
  • The page you sent the request from and, where your browser shares it, the site that brought you here.

We use these to reply to you, price the job and carry out the work if you go ahead. We do this because you asked us to. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.

Where it is kept and for how long

Quote requests are stored on this website and sent to us by email. Our website host and email provider store them on our behalf. We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to two years, and records of jobs we carry out for as long as tax and warranty rules require.

Calls, WhatsApp and email

If you call, message or email us, we keep the conversation so we can deal with your enquiry. WhatsApp messages are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and website statistics

We count visits and button clicks on this site without cookies and without storing anything that identifies you. This tells us which pages are useful.

If you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to recognise a returning browser. If you choose "Necessary only", Google Analytics receives no cookies from you. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the foot of every page.

One small cookie remembers your banner choice so we do not ask again.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them or ask us to delete them. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
